Faisalabad: Federal Minister for Planning, Development, and Special Initiatives Asad Umar claimed that Pakistan’s economy saw record progress under the leadership of Imran Khan, despite being hit by COVID-19. The country’s economic growth rate was forecast at 3.4% but it recorded an all-time high in 14 years at 5.7% last year, he said.
