Minister of Information and Broadcasting Chaudhry Fawad Hussain announced the launch of a joint television channel between Pakistan, Turkey, and Malaysia on Monday, according to Radio Pakistan.

In an interview with the press in Islamabad, he said that focal points for media sharing have been identified, and that a cooperative media network will be established.

Extremism must be combated in Pakistan, Malaysia, and other Muslim countries, according to Chaudhry Fawad.
