The federal information minister Fawad Chaudhry announced that Pakistan is going to host its first national e-sports tournament. He declared it an important step in the progress and promotion of e-gaming in Pakistan by which Pakistan will enter the arena of e-gaming. Moreover, he informed that Garena, the global e-gaming company, and Bego Free Fire supported Pakistan to arrange the national e-sports tournament.
