Defending the incumbent government’s decision to repatriate undocumented individuals, Caretaker Prime Minister (PM) Anwaarul Haq Kakar said that Pakistan could no longer continue to compromise its national security by accommodating such a huge number of aliens. “Our ultimate aim is to build a safer, more peaceful and prosperous Pakistan, with associated benefits for our own people, for the region, and the wider world,” the interim premier said in an op-ed published in British Daily.
