At least 143 Palestinian children have been killed in the occupied West Bank and East Jerusalem since October last year, the UN children’s agency said on Monday. The numbers indicate an increase of nearly 250 per cent compared with the previous nine months, during which 41 Palestinian children were killed. More than 440 Palestinian children have been injured by live ammunition, Unicef said.
