‘Now is the time’ for Israel and Hamas to end war: Biden

Willy Lowry reports from New York: US President Joe Biden urged Israel and Hamas to accept the terms of the deal that his administration along with Egypt and Qatar have put forward to end the conflict in Gaza. “Now is the time for the parties to finalize its terms,” he said. “Bring the hostages home.” Mr Biden shared that he has met with families of hostages held by militant groups in the Palestinian enclave.
