Norway handed over diplomatic papers to the Palestinian Prime Minister in the latest step towards Palestinian statehood. The handover of papers by Norwegian Foreign Minister, Espen Barth Eide, to the Palestinian Authority Prime Minister, Mohammed Mustafa, took place in Brussels. Mr Mustafa is meeting EU foreign ministers to shore up support for Palestinians.
