The Chief Commissioner and other parties have been served with notices by the Islamabad High Court (IHC). Noor Muqadam, who was named in the charge, is not a suspect in the murder investigation.
According to the challan given by the police, the accused stated that there was a misunderstanding with Amjad Mahmood regarding the therapy work. Employees of Therapy Works attempted to obliterate the evidence. There was no registration, but a road accident was recorded on the medical slip. The accused is also the owner of the images and fingerprints kept on the DVR.
