The Russian embassy stated that the police had not found any criminal link to the deaths of two citizens in Odisha’s Rayagada district in India. According to local media reports, Pavel Antov and Vladimir Bidenov died at the same hotel two days apart. The incident prompted suspicions of foul play as Putin’s critics had been killed in unexplained ways.
