Nine killed in Israeli shelling of Nuseirat refugee camp

Nine people were killed and at least 15 others, including women and children, were injured on Sunday evening in an Israeli shelling of an area north-west of Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza strip, Palestinian news agency Wafa reported. The occupation authorities also ordered the evacuation of several areas and neighbourhoods north-west of Gaza city in preparation for further bombardment. Thousands of civilians were instructed to immediately relocate to shelters in the centre of Gaza city, said the report.
