On Monday, veteran all-rounder Nida Dar was named the Women’s Player of the Month for October by the International Cricket Council (ICC), owing to her performances during the Women’s Asia Cup. During the Women’s Asia Cup held earlier this year, Dar scored 145 runs at an average of 72.50 and took eight key wickets.
