Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is to give a second press conference on his stance on the Salah Al Din corridor, The Times of Israel has reported. The briefing, to take place at 8pm UAE time, will address his stance on Israel’s presence in Gaza’s southern border strip and on continuing ceasefire talks, and will be open to foreign press outlets, said a source from the PM’s office. On Monday, the PM held a rare press conference in Jerusalem, vowing to stay in the corridor, along Gaza’s border with Egypt, despite widespread calls for Israel to leave the strip.
