Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu proposed a postwar plan for Gaza that includes the enclave being governed by local Palestinian officials without links to Hamas, Israeli media reported. The proposal, which Mr Netanyahu submitted to his security cabinet on Thursday, said the war would continue until Israel achieved its key goals. Those include dismantling Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad, as well as securing the release of all remaining hostages in Gaza.
