ISLAMABAD: In a meeting of the National Assembly Standing Committee on Power presided by Chaudhry Salik, Agha Rafiullah, member committee, stated, “NEPRA is a white elephant and teases public with overbilling”. In response to the allegations, the Vice Chairman of NEPRA informed that an investigation into the matter has been started from K-Electric.
