Lebanon’s caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati has accused Israel of dragging the region into war, as he repeated that his country did not want to be dragged into a conflict. “The Israeli aggressions cannot be tolerated and the violation of Lebanese airspace can not be tolerated,” said Mr Mikati. “Israel is dragging the region into war, and the international community must take note of this and put an end to this war,” he added.
