Police reported that the former diplomat’s daughter Noor Muqaddam was murdered in a house in Sector F-7/4. After firing, businessman Zahir Jaffar stabbed and beheaded her with a sharp weapon. Police arrested businessman Zahir Jaffar for allegedly killing her and also reported that the victim rejected his proposal over which the accused killed Noor Muqakam.
