Jordan condemned Israel’s “barbaric targeting” of residential areas in Jabalia’s refugee camp in northern Gaza, on its 21st day of siege. In a statement, Jordan’s Foreign Ministry said the Israeli attacks, and ensuing deaths and injuries are a “blatant challenge to international law and international humanitarian law, and a continuation of the systematic and brutal targeting of civilians, and a heinous war crime that requires holding those responsible accountable”, it said.
