The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) backed independent candidate Jamshed Dasti secured the seat of Muzaffargarh’s National Assembly constituency (NA-175) in the general election 2024. According to unofficial results received from all 345 polling stations of NA-175, the PTI-backed independent candidate Jamshed Dasti won the seat of NA-175 by securing 113,253 votes having a lead of 41,256 votes over Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) candidate Mehar Arshad, who came in second position with 71,997 votes.
