At least two civilians in south Lebanon have been killed in Israeli strikes in south Lebanon in the last two days, as the conflict between the Lebanese Hezbollah group and Israel intensifies. A woman, Alia Abdel Karim, was killed overnight late Saturday evening of wounds caused by an Israeli raid on the town of Yarin earlier in the week, according to Lebanon’s National News Agency. Hussein Muhammad Assaf, a paramedic volunteer for the Al Rissala Scouts, a local civil defense team affiliated with the Hezbollah-allied Amal Movement, died Saturday afternoon of injuries sustained in an Israeli strike on Mays Al Jabal.
