Israeli security cabinet approves rules to increase control over West Bank

Israeli attacks in central Gaza have killed three Palestinians. At least four Palestinians were earlier killed in an Israeli air attack on a residential building in western Gaza City. Raids, arrests and attacks by Israeli forces and settlers continue across the occupied West Bank.
