The Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) said that Israeli gunfire had injured displaced Palestinians sheltering in its head office as well as al-Amal Hospital in Khan Younis. The report came after Israeli artillery shelling hit the facility in the early hours of Friday morning.
