Syria’s Foreign Ministry has said Israeli attacks threaten further regional conflict and “uncontrollable repercussions”. One soldier was killed and three wounded in Israeli strikes on Kfar Sousa, near Damascus at dawn on Sunday, it said in a statement published by Sana state news agency. “The persistence of the Israeli occupation authorities in their attacks on Syrian territory and other countries in the region threatens to drag them into a dangerous escalation that will lead to uncontrollable repercussions and dire consequences that cannot be predicted,” it said.
