In a statement on Telegram, the military says it has targeted Hezbollah infrastructure with rocket launchers and other weapons in the Baalbek area in eastern Lebanon and several other regions in the south of the country. The attacks were conducted after the army identified Hezbollah activity at the sites, it said.
The attacks, some of which we reported earlier, come as a public funeral is being held for former Hezbollah leader Nasrallah, who was killed in Israeli air strikes on Beirut on September 27.
