A 17-year-old Palestinian was shot dead by the Israeli army near Jenin in the occupied West Bank on Monday night, Palestinian media has reported. Yamen Hasiti was shot in the stomach after the army opened fire on residents of Arraba, south of Jenin, the official Wafa news agency said. He was left to bleed out on the street and soldiers shot at ambulances attempting to reach him, it added.
