Al Jazeera has spoken to Jonathan Pollak, an activist with the Sumud Network who was in the West Bank village of Qusra on Friday, trying to help besieged Palestinians, but was prevented by Israeli soldiers from delivering aid. Speaking from Jaffa, Pollak said Israeli settlers, who laid siege to Palestinian homes in the village for a week, were not in the area on Saturday morning, but that the Israeli army itself was still besieging the houses.
