Troops have been operating in the village of Qusra in Nablus since morning “to protect the residents and maintain security in the area”, the army has said. Earlier, Qusra residents trapped in their homes told Al Jazeera that Israeli forces raided the village, entered homes, and instructed them to leave. They also said that entrances to Qusra were blocked. “The forces were instructed to allow residents of the village to remain in their homes,” according to a military update.
