An Israeli air strike on the outskirts of Damascus killed two people, Syria’s official media reported on Wednesday. Syrian state television showed footage of a damaged dozen-storey apartment in the district of Kfar Souseh, on the outskirts of the Syrian capital. The building appeared to have been hit by an explosion, with debris having fallen on to cars below.
