Israeli Defence Minister Yoav Gallant said Israel has completed preparations to handle “any scenario” with Iran as fears grow over potential retaliation to Israel’s attack on Tehran’s embassy compound in Damascus. The statement comes after an “operational situation assessment” with senior military officers, his office said. It came as Israel expanded GPS jamming and cancelled leave for combat soldiers last week amid reports it was on “high alert” for an Iranian attack.
