The Doctors Without Borders medical charity (MSF) said that Israeli forces have increased restrictions and violence against Palestinians in the West Bank governorate of Hebron since the war began in Gaza. “The harassment and movement restrictions have had a devastating impact on people’s mental and physical health,” the organisation said in a report.
