It has now been 108 hours since Iran’s nationwide internet shutdown took effect, according to the cybersecurity monitor NetBlocks. Despite the continued blackout, Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi told foreign diplomats on Monday the internet will soon be restored, adding the government is coordinating with the security establishment on the issue. National connectivity levels continue to flatline at about 1 percent of ordinary levels, according to the London-based internet monitoring group
