Telecom services in Gaza have gradually resumed after a four-day communications blackout, which has complicated rescue and delivery efforts. “The communication blackout in Gaza is the longest since the start of the Israeli escalation,” the Palestinian Red Crescent said on X. Internet and telephone lines completely went down on Thursday evening and were still inaccessible on Sunday.
