It emerged that inmates broke out of a prison in the north of the capital, adding to the worries of the city’s residents. “Kobar prison, which is in the northern part of the capital, was broken into and prisoners released. Prisoners said the humanitarian situation was quite dire inside the prison which is why they broke out,” Morgan said.
