Indonesia planned to send a hospital ship to Gaza to provide aid to victims of the war, said the navy’s chief of staff Admiral Muhammad Ali. The ship, the KRI Dr Radjiman Wedyodiningrat (992), is docked in Jakarta awaiting clearance from Egypt to enter its waters. The vessel is to set up a field hospital close to Gaza.
