Yemen’s Houthi militants launched fresh attacks on ships in the Red Sea, with missiles launched from Houthi-controlled territory aimed at vessels in the Bab Al Mandeb. The Marshall Islands-flagged Ardmore Encounter tanker remains “fully operational” and no one was hurt after the missile was launched in its direction, staff told the Associated Press. An American warship also shot down a suspected Houthi drone flying in its direction during the incident, an official told AP. No one was hurt in the attack.
