Hezbollah claimed responsibility for rocket fire that set off sirens across northern and central Israel on Tuesday morning. The militant group targeted the Gilot intelligence base, in the suburbs of Tel Aviv, and the Stella Maris naval base near Haifa, it said. It said the operations were in response to Israeli attacks on Gaza, Lebanon and the assassination of Hezbollah chief Hassan Nasrallah.
