Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh said that Israel was experiencing “unprecedented political isolation”, a day after the UN Security Council called for a ceasefire in the Gaza war. He was accompanied by Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian, who did not comment.
