Hamas accused the US of being complicit in the strikes in Gaza, following a deadly strike on Al Ahli Arab Hospital that killed more than 500 people. Al Ahli Arab Hospital – sometimes called the Baptist Hospital – in Gaza city, was hit by an explosion on Tuesday night. “The continued endorsement of the Zionist narrative by the US administration makes it complicit in the occupation’s massacres and the Baptist Hospital massacre in Gaza,” Hamas said.
