Foreign ministers from Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries held a video meeting on ongoing negotiations between the US and Iran. Oman’s Foreign Ministry said in a statement the talks stressed “the importance of intensifying coordination regarding freedom of navigation and its safety in the Strait of Hormuz, and prioritizing political and diplomatic solutions that enhance regional security and stability”.
