Islamabad: On Thursday, the federal government announced a reduction in the price of petrol by 10 rupees per litre. Federal Finance Minister Ishaq Dar had decided to maintain the prices of high-speed diesel while announcing a reduction in the price of kerosene oil by Rs 10 per liter and the price of light diesel by Rs 7 50 paise. The new price of petrol per liter is 224 rupees 80 paise; high speed diesel is 235 rupees 30 paise per liter; kerosene is Rs 181 83 paise and light diesel oil is 189 rupees 78 paise.
