On the occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi Peace Be Upon Him, the federal cabinet has agreed to offer exceptional remission for inmates around the nation.
Fawad Chaudhry, Federal Minister for Information, announced while updating the media on the decisions made by the federal cabinet, which convened in Islamabad on Tuesday with Prime Minister Imran Khan in the chair.
The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) had forecasted a ‘good probability of seeing the new moon of Rabi ul Awwal, 1443 AH on the evening of October 07, i.e. the 29th of Safar.
As a result, the first day of Rabi ul Awwal will most likely occur on Friday, October 8.
