After much speculation, the details of 26th constitutional amendment has come to public. Sources said that alterations have been done in the original draft of the constitutional amendment on the basis of several demands put forward by Maulana Fazlur Rehman to come to a consensus. “After efforts of Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, the government side and JUI-F chief have agreed on minimum agenda over scores of points,” sources added. The government and JUI-F chief have reached to an agreement over establishment of the constitutional court,” sources reported. “A retired judge of the Supreme Court will chair the constitutional court”.
