German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said that he discussed the evasion of Western sanctions against Russia in talks with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in Berlin. “Naturally, we talked about this question,” Scholz told reporters, adding that Germany was monitoring the situation.
