Gaza’s death toll rose to 41,965 on Tuesday after 56 people were killed in the last 24 hours. Another 278 were wounded, taking the total number of injured to 97,590 in one year of war, according to the enclave’s Health Ministry. More than 10,000 people are missing, presumed to be under the rubble of destroyed buildings across Gaza, according to the Palestine Red Crescent.
