Gaza death toll increases to 45,854

The Ministry of Health in Gaza on Monday said that at least 45,854 people were killed and 109,139 were wounded in Israeli attacks on the enclave since October 7, 2023. Its update said that 49 people were killed and 75 injured in three separate attacks during the 24 hours to noon on Monday.
