Gaza death toll has risen to 59,219: Health Ministry

Israel’s war on Gaza has killed at least 59,219 Palestinians and wounded 143,045 more since October 7, 2023, the enclave’s Health Ministry said. Gaza’s hospitals received 113 bodies and 534 injured people in the 24 hours to Monday afternoon, the ministry said in its update.
