Mohammed al-Helou, a Gaza City resident, says Israel gave no prior warning before bombing a residential apartment overnight in his city. “Surveillance drones and combat choppers were in the area and flying at a dangerously low level. At 4:00 am [02:00 GMT], this residential flat was hit while a family and children were still inside,” he said adding “No prior warning was given. There is nothing children could ever do to deserve being killed.”
