Rome: On Oct 29, Antonio Guterres, United Nations Secretary-General, has alarmed on Friday that the world would be plunged into climate disaster if proper steps are not taken. He asserted that all the leaders of the Group20 wealthy countries must do more to help underprivileged countries. He also addressed the risky levels of distrust between nations and hoped for a timely solution.
