France says efforts are underway to get journalists out of Gaza. “We are keeping up our efforts regarding AFP [Agence France-Presse] employees,” said Christophe Lemoine, deputy spokesman for the Foreign Ministry, adding that the evacuation operation was complicated. “Since October, we have been working to allow French citizens on the ground to leave Gaza, as well as their dependents,” Mr Lemoine was quoted by AFP as saying.
