Four people were killed in air strikes carried out by Israel overnight, Lebanon’s Health Ministry said on Friday. A “series of raids launched by the Israeli enemy yesterday evening led to the deaths of four martyrs”, the state-run Lebanese National News Agency quoted the ministry as saying. Israel’s Defence Minister Israel Katz on Thursday said the Israeli military had carried out strikes on sites used by Hezbollah to manufacture and store missiles. “Any attempt by the terrorist organisation to rehabilitate, re-establish itself or threaten will be met with uncompromising force,” Mr Katz said.
