On Monday, Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi held a phone call with his German counterpart, Annalena Baerbock. Both leaders discussed the contemporary situation of Ukraine and exchanged views on bilateral relations, as well as regional issues, according to a statement issued by the Foreign Office (FO). Over the past few weeks, tensions between Moscow and the West have intensified with the US warning of an imminent Russian attack on Ukraine.
